Description: The current dataset includes 516 accessions (clones) from the CNR-IBBA duckweed collection. This collection primarily consists of clones from the historical Landolt Duckweed Collection, which was previously housed in Zurich (https://www.duckweed.ch/?lang=;en). The identity of some Lemna species has been validated or revised using molecular methods, specifically Tubulin-based Polymorphism (TBP). The entire plants are maintained in axenic culture following subcloning and sterilization with sodium hypochlorite (Na ClO).
